FAQ for Employers

Q1. how can I register as employer, and is there any fees for the registration?

A1. you can click on new employer that appears in the website homepage in the employers section, or you can click here to register
Then you should follow the conditions to create your username and password:
User Name and Password begins with 2 letter characters, with total length (3-20). The following characters are valid only (a-z) (A-Z) (0-9) _ - ^
Ex: ali_h34.
There is no registration fee; the JobsClub website is free for both seekers and employers.

Q2.how can I create my company profile?

A2. after you registered with us a form will appear to you, you should complete all the required information which followed by (*) and write a paragraph which describe your company's work in a maximum of 2000 char then click on update.

Q3.how can I know if my registration was approved?

A3. you will receive an email from us confirming your registration.

Q4. If I don't receive a confirmation is that mean that my registration was not approved?                                                                                          A4.yes, this occurred because of not completing all the required information or the information you provide was not correct.

Q5.after receiving the confirmation email can I search the database of CVs to find potential candidate?

A5. at least  you should post one vacancy so you can search the database other wise you cant view the CVs.

You can search the database of CVs you should click on search CVs then choose the condition that you need so a list of seekers CV will be shown to you.

Q6.how can I post vacancies?

A6. click on post job then complete the job description and all the required details and click on add and it will be published in the website homepage, you can see the job that you post in my folder, you can see the job title, Date of Posting, also you can update the job that you posted.

Q7.how I can view the seekers CVs who applied to our posted job?

A7. click on my profile you can see the job you posted and the posts who apply to the vacancy.

Q8.how I can contact the seeker?

A8. you can contact the seekers by clicking on send email that appear in the end of each seeker CV and write the message that you need to send so they will receive them immediately , or you can contact them through their phone numbers that mentioned in their CV.  

Q9. I need to announce for a vacancy but I need to hide the company name?

A9. you can post any vacancy and hide your company name so the seekers can apply to this job without knowing to whom company it belong. You can do it by clicking on update job and choose this option.
