Q1. how can I register as a seeker, and is there any
fees for the registration?
A1. you can click on new job seeker that appears in the website
homepage in the job seekers section, or you can
click here to register
Then you should follow the conditions to create your username and password:
User Name and Password begins with 2 letter characters, with total length
(3-20). The following characters are valid only (a-z) (A-Z) (0-9) _ - ^
Ex: ali_h34.
There is no registration fee; the JobsClub website is free for both seekers and
employers.
Q2. how can create my CV in the JobsClub?
A2. after you registered with us a welcoming page will appear to you,
there is two ways to create your CV:
First: using the CV wizard that helps you in creating your CV in easy way.
Second: you can create the CV section one by one by clicking on add that appears
in the bottom of each section and complete the required information.
Q3. every time I try to apply or search for available
vacancy a message appears to me telling me that my CV still not completed 100%?
A3. your CV with us should be completed
100%(that’s mean that every required section should be completed (personal
information, education, experience: not required if not available, languages,
objectives, skills and the job target), to be sure that your CV is completed, a
complete green line will be shown in the top of your CV and 100% will be shown
on it.
Q4. how can I apply to the announced vacancies in the
JobsClub website?
A4. First: you should be registrar with
us as a seeker, if not you can
join us now
Second: your CV with us should be completed 100%(that’s mean that every required
section should be completed (personal information, education, experience: not
required if not available, languages, objectives, skills and the job target), to
be sure that your CV is completed, a complete green line will be shown in the
top of your CV and 100% will be shown on it.
After checking these two conditions, you can click on the announced vacancy then
click on view job, in the end of the job details you can see apply for this job
you can click on it then a copy of your CV will be send to the company and if
they found you the right one they will contact you.
Q5. how can I know if any employer contacted me?
A5. click on “my folder” and you can see “list of all companies
contacted my CV” then you can see company name, the requested date, company
profile which also contain the job detail that you apply to, and you can see the
email that the company sent to you which contain there email in the bottom of
the page so you can reply to them.
Q6. how can I know all jobs I applied to before?
A6. click on my folder then you can view
all the job that you applied to before, you can see job title, company name, job
posted date, the date you applied at and the job detail.
Q7. how you can you helps me to find the new jobs that
matches my requirement and qualification?
A7. click on my folder you can see list of all new jobs in JobsClub
that match your requirement you had entered in your CV in the job target
section. Click on the "View Job" link, so you can view the details of the new
job.
Q8. what if the announced vacancies do not match my
qualification and requirements, can I view other hidden job that not being
announced in the homepage?
A8. yes, you can click on find jobs then choose the job category and
the job location (the country) so a list of available vacancies will be shown to
you. Also you can search for vacancies by the company name.
Q9. can I attach my CV that I create before with my CV
in the JobsClub?
A9. you can click on update that appears in attach CV section and you
can upload your attach CV.
Q10. can the employers view my CV (after it is
completed) even if I didn’t apply to any vacancy?
A10. your CV will be saved in our huge database of CVs and the
employers can view your CV even if you didn’t apply to any vacancy so you will
have two chances to win a job as soon as possible.
Q11. I tried to enter my birth date but a message
appears to me telling me that the date is invalid?
A11. you should enter your birth date as follows:
Day/month/year, ex: 31/2/2000.
Q12. I try to attach my personal photo but I failed?
A12. please makes sure that your picture
size is not too big.
Q13. can I hide my phone number, my email and my P.O
box, and can the employers still contact me even with the hidden information?
A13. you can hide your personal
information by removing the check sign from show my personal information box in
the personal information section, also the employers can contact you using the
JobsClub website even if you hide your personal information you will receive a
message from them without knowing your personal information.
Q14. can I change my password?
A14. you can change your password, click on my account then enter
your Current Password, Choose a New Password and Confirm your New Password and
it will be changed automatically.
Q15. if I forget my username and password how can I
retrieve them?
A15. click on forget password that
appear in the job seekers section in the homepage, then enter your email that
you registered with us using it and your account information will be send to
your email, or if you remember your username you can enter it and the password
will be send to you.
